White Dragon Oatmeal
Serves 2
2 Cups Quick Oatmeal
1 Large Apple
Cup Raw Almond pieces
2-3 drops Rainmaker
1 Pinch Natural Sea Salt
White Dragon
Begin by boiling water for the oatmeal. While the water is boiling, chop
the apple very finely. Once the water is finished, pour onto the oatmeal
and let cook. When it cools down slightly, it is the right time to mix
in the almond pieces and chopped apple. The final steps are to gently
sprinkle Rainmaker syrup over the top of the mixture along with the
salt and a 'spray' of White Dragon.
Banana Ice Cream with White Dragon
5 Frozen Bananas

Nuts of Choice
Run the Bananas through your juicer and then top with the Rainmaker and then 2
drops of the White Dragon. Mix together and then add a
nice topping of nuts. This also can be done with any ice cream of
choice. It adds a nice therapeutic value to your late night sweet treat.

White Dragon Almond Milk
Serves 2
1 Liter of Pure Water
Cup Raw Almonds
3-4 drops Rainmaker
1 Teaspoon Non-GMO Lecithin
Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Pinch Natural Sea Salt
White Dragon
Soak the almonds in the water for about 30 minutes just to soften. Next
pour the almonds and water into the blender along with the Rainmaker,
lecithin and salt. Blend on high for about 60 seconds until rich and
creamy. Pour the milk from the blender through cheesecloth or a strainer
so that no pulp remains in the final product. Pour into glasses and
add White Dragon into each glass along with a pinch of cinnamon. |
